There are many factors that contribute to increases in the cost of healthcare. Here’s a look at some of them.

Hospital Support

Going to hospital can be stressful, no matter the situation. That’s why we’ve created Health Partners Hospital Support, to help you when you need it most.

Our support service has everything you’ll need to know and do before, during and after a hospital stay.

Visit the hub

Health Partners Dental and Optical allows us to offer members higher benefits and extra perks, with state of the art technology and experienced and caring dentist and optometrists. Our Dental and Optical locations are located in metro Adelaide. We’ve also partnered with Barossa Dental, north of Adelaide, to offer the same great benefits to members in that area.

Health Partners participating providers are independent providers who partner with us to offer members standard, higher benefits. This means that no matter what treatment or service you receive, you’ll know exactly what benefit you’ll get back.

Our participating provider network includes South Australian physios and pharmacies. Check our provider search to find your closest Health Partners Dental, Optical or participating provider.

A recognised provider is also a qualified provider, registered to charge to Private Health funds, but unlike a Health Partners participating provider, they haven’t joined our network. You’ll still receive a benefit from recognised providers. In some cases, pharmacy benefits are restricted to Health Partners participating providers only. Our front counters are open

Our Member Care team are available to help with any questions you may have relating to your healthcare.

Front counters at Pirie Street, Modbury and Morphett Vale are now opening 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.

Annual Report

As a member owned not for profit fund, members are the 'shareholders' of Health Partners. Any surplus of funds is reinvested to improve products, benefits, services, pricing and the financial stability of the business. As a policyholder, you will receive an invitation to attend the Annual General Meeting each year.
