Member Guide (Health Partners Fund Rules)

The Member Guide is designed to help you understand what you will be covered for and how your cover works. It should be read in its entirety and in conjunction with Health Partners individual cover details.

We recommend that you always make enquires with Health Partners before going to hospital or undergoing a new course of treatment.

Private Health Insurance Ombudsman

The Private Health Insurance Ombudsman (PHIO) can provide free and independent advice and may be contacted by calling 1300 362 072.

The office of the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman has produced the following website privatehealth.gov.au to enable consumers to search for, and compare, selected features for all private health insurance products offered in Australia. You can find basic information on all Health Partners products in the website for the purpose of comparison only.


Private Health Information Statement

To find the Private Health Information Statement (PHIS) relevant to the cover you are on, visit privatehealth.gov.au, and take the following steps:

  1. Click on ‘Health Insurers’ from the top menu or click the ‘Find Insurers’ button
  2. Select Health Partners from the list
  3. From here, click the Policies tab. Complete your details and click the cover name to view the PHIS.
