The offer is one (1) AUD $150 eGift Card for an existing Health Partners member (Referring Member) and one (1) AUD $150 eGift Card for a new member (New Member) where the New Member joins Hospital and Extras cover, or (1) AUD $100 eGift Card for an existing Health Partners member (Referring Member) and one (1) AUD $100 eGift Card for a new member (New Member) where the New Member joins Hospital only cover, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria of this promotion.

The offer is available to Referring Members who refer Health Partners to New Members, and as a result of that referral, the New Member purchases a combined hospital and extras or hospital only cover (‘new policy’).

The New Member must quote the Referring Member’s member number at the time of joining and complete 60 days of paid and continuous membership.

A New Member is defined as a Member who has not previously been a Member of Health Partners as a policyholder, or who has not been a Member of Health Partners as a policyholder for at least 12 months prior to re-joining the fund.

The new policy must commence on or before the promotion end date to be eligible.
A Referring Member must be a current Member of Health Partners for a minimum of 60 days who has an existing policy with a status of ‘financial’.

The Promotion is limited to five (5) referrals per referring membership/policy only, one (1) eGift Card will be given to a New Member per policy, regardless of the number of members covered on a policy, subject to satisfying these Terms and Conditions.

eGift Card will be emailed to the New Member approximately 2 weeks after the New Member has served 60 days of paid and continuous membership at which time the New Member’s policy status must be deemed Financial.

eGift Card will be emailed to the Referring Member approximately 2 weeks after the New Member has served 60 days of paid and continuous membership, at which time both the New Member’s policy and the Referring Member’s policy must be deemed Financial.

eGift Cards will be sent to the Policy Holder on the Membership and delivered via email to the email address and/or via SMS to a nominated phone number listed on the Membership.

Health Partners will not be responsible if an invalid or incorrect email address or mobile phone number has been provided. Once eGift Card has been dispatched via email, Health Partners will not be responsible for and will be discharged for any delay or failure to deliver the eGift card. Health Partners is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to a member’s spam filters or email settings.

A Prezzee eGift Card code allows the eligible member to exchange the value of the Prezzee eGift Card for a retailer’s gift card of choice from Prezzee’s range of retailers that can be found here. Must exchange for an eGift Card of equal amount. The eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash. Download the Prezzee app (for iOS or Android) to manage your eGift Card balance(s) on your smartphone and redeem in-store via the digital wallet. The eGift Card will expire as per the expiry date on the eGift Card. Once the eGift Card expires any remaining balance will be forfeited. Health Partners and Prezzee are not able in any circumstances to extend the expiry date of any eGift Card issued as part of the offer.

Health Partners and Prezzee will not be responsible for any eGift Card that has been misplaced, lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way and cannot reissue eGift cards in any circumstances.

Personal information is being collected by Prezzee and Health Partners for the purpose of conducting this promotion, and to assist Health Partners to improve its services. For this purpose, personal information may be disclosed by Health Partners and or Prezzee to organisations, including but not limited to agents, related entities, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. By entering this promotion, an entrant consents to collection and use of their personal information by Prezzee in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Health Partners in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If the personal information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in this promotion. Each Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may access, update or correct their information, how individuals may complain about the treatment of their personal information, and how Health Partners and/or Prezzee will deal with such a complaint.

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer or promotion. The eGift Card must not be used for payment of Health Partners private health insurance premiums.

Health Partners has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may from time to time substitute or amend the reward for this Promotion. Health Partners reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time, without notice.

This offer is only applicable to policies purchased directly from Health Partners. The offer is not available for policies purchased from third party sellers and aggregators.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Health Partners including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Health Partners’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or offer claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Health Partners) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Health Partners; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the eGift card; and/or (g) participation in the offer.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, Health Partners reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer.

These Conditions of Entry shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Any disputes about goods and services purchased with the Prezzee eGift Card must be resolved with the retailer.
