Financial Hardship Suspension

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a financial hardship suspension. A suspension is where you “freeze” or “pause” your policy and stop paying your premiums while you’re having financial issues, up to a maximum period of 12 months. You can reactivate your membership at the end of your suspension period (or earlier) and resume cover without having to serve any additional waiting periods.
