What do you need to bring to your appointment?

Please bring your Medicare card. If you wear prescription glasses, please also bring your current pair/s.

Will you have to pay anything for your appointment?

Your eye test will be bulk billed, for eligible Medicare card holders and services. With an eligible extras policy you may also receive 100% back on a selected range of prescription eyewear. Check your cover details or contact us to find out if you’re eligible.

Need to change your appointment?

Call us on 1300 115 115. A fee may apply if you give less than 24 hours’ notice or miss an appointment. We’ll send a reminder by SMS or phone before your appointment, contact us if you need to update your details.
