For more than 85 years, Health Partners has provided trusted and valued health insurance across South Australia and beyond. This year, customers have awarded Health Partners with multiple wins at the 2024 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Finding great value health insurance can be an investment of not just money, but mental and physical energy too. So, it’s important to feel confident you’re with a provider who you can trust and rely on when you need it most, giving you peace of mind for you and your family.
As a not-for-profit health fund, Health Partners’ focus is on the health and wellbeing of its members, including making it easier for members to access the health care and support they need.
And Australians have taken note.
Health Partners has claimed three wins at the 2024 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards!
The annual Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are an independent awards program which celebrate Australia’s best brands across a range of products.
Making its debut in this year’s awards, Health Partners has taken home first place in three out of the four award categories and one other podium finish.
Alongside its wins, Australians rated Health Partners the highest for ease of application and customer service, with top scores of 4.5/5 and 4.6/5.
As the largest not-for-profit health fund based in South Australia, Health Partners has shown a dedication to delivering excellent customer experience and access to an expanding network of quality health care professionals, including Participating pharmacies and physiotherapists.
The not-for-profit health fund has prioritised its 90,000 members by investing in quality, value-for-money health insurance as well as operating South Australia’s largest private Dental Practice, and own optical stores. Members have the choice to be looked after by Health Partners’ clinical experts, or choose their own provider.
The insurer has also prioritised offering a range of cover options to suit the needs of their members, with one of the most affordable Basic Hospital Plus policies Finder has reviewed.
And the results speak for themselves.
Finder’s research shows that almost 3% of Australians have cancelled their health insurance over the past year.
But despite this Health Partners’ members have consistently shown loyalty to the brand, staying significantly longer as policyholders with Hospital cover compared with customers of other open health funds, according to the State of the Health Funds Report, 2023.

As an independent awards program the winners are not influenced by any commercial partnerships allowing Finder to stay objective and fair to all qualifying brands. To be included in the results each health insurer needed at least 30 responses.
Together with leading data and insights company Dynata, the experts at Finder surveyed over 762 Australians across all major states to see how they felt about 30 different health insurers.
Participants were asked to rate each brand on a scale from 1 to 5 based on the following criteria:
The final scores for each category were calculated as an average of all customers who were polled.
After comparing scores across the 30 qualifying brands Finder determined its winners for this year.
