It’s never been more important to have access to quality healthcare. That’s why at Health Partners, we’re doing health insurance right by keeping it affordable for all Health Partners members.
Once a year health funds can change their premiums, which usually come into effect on 1 April.
We are pleased to advise the next Health Partners premium changes will be delayed until 1 July 2021.
We’ll be in touch in March 2021 to provide you with all of the details specific to your level of cover.
As a not-for-profit health fund, we focus on giving back to our members in every way possible. Throughout 2020 and during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve worked hard to improve affordability and give back to our members.
All members were given financial support in 2020, through reduced premiums between April-July 2020 and postponing the premium increase to 1 October 2020.
We’re continuing to provide options and relief to members facing financial hardship or unemployment.
We thank our members for trusting us to care for their health cover, and continued membership.
With health inflation sitting at around 3.1% per annum and well above general inflation (1.7% in Dec 2019),
health funds are paying more for health care.

Telehealth services are covered with included Extras until further notice.

Providing eligible members with access to vital health services including rehab, IV therapies and complex wound care without having to visit the hospital.
We’re here when you need us and will help however we can.
