If your doctor or healthcare team recommends care at home, you may be eligible for support such as post-operative or acute nursing, home rehabilitation, chemotherapy at home, or mental health and psychiatric care. Delivered by qualified health professionals, these maybe included in your hospital cover and are available where Health Partners has arrangements in place, which may change from time to time.
