A non-for-profit web and app-based meditation program developed by psychologists and educators to help bring mindfulness into your life.

Yoga with Adriene (website)

Actress, writer, international yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas, Adriene Mishler is on a mission to get the tools of yoga into schools and homes. Her popular YouTube channel Yoga with Adriene has an online community of over 6 million viewers.

Down Dog (app)

Down Dog provides a studio-like yoga experience in the comfort of your own home. This go-to app allows you to practice yoga on your time and in your preferred space. An ongoing membership is available at a small cost.

The Body Coach TV (YouTube channel)

Joe Wicks started the Body Coach TV with the goal of offering free home workouts to everyone, no matter their fitness level. He recently launched “PE with Joe” – a series for kids who are home from school and missing their regular PE class.
