Changes to our Board of Directors

After an incredible 32-year history of service to Health Partners, Jan McMahon retired as Chair of our Board at the end of June 2023, leaving a significant legacy.

Having joined the organisation as a Director in 1990, Jan went on to lead Health Partners as Chair for an amazing 18 years, becoming the first female Chair of any health fund in Australia. Throughout her term of leadership, Jan held a steadfast focus on delivering the best possible access to high quality healthcare for our members – always acting with the utmost integrity and care.

Jan officially handed the reins to new Chair Erma Ranieri on 1 July 2023.

Erma joined the Board of Directors of Health Partners in 2019 and is passionate about providing choice and accessibility in healthcare services to help South Australians manage and balance their health and wellbeing.
