How to claim your benefits

For most of these benefits, you will need to pay the full cost at your appointment.
If HICAPS is available, use your membership card to claim your regular benefit and then submit a claim to receive a refund for any gap payments.
Send us your itemised receipt to claim using the My Health App, and we'll aim to reimburse you within 5 business days.
