Terms and conditions

The Health Partners telehealth doctor consultation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week discount Offer is provided by Doctors on Demand Pty Ltd ABN 54 163 312 570 trading as Doctors on Demand (Doctors on Demand).

Eligibility

Members must have active Health Partners hospital and/or extras cover
Eligible members under 16 years old may need to have a parent or guardian present.

Offer valid from 1/7/26 – until 11.59 AEST 31/7/26
Limit of one use only per member.
Saving of $55.00 plus the $2.95 booking fee on a normal Health Partners Doctors on Demand business hours consultation OR $85.00 plus the $2.95 booking fee on a normal Health Partners Doctors on Demand after hours consultation.
To redeem the offer, recipients must enter the discount code provided in the Benefit Code section of the appointment booking screen.
Health Partners and Doctors On Demand may vary these terms or cancel this offer at any time at their discretion.

Discount is not in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Service does not cover specialist appointments.
Offer does not include the cost of any medicines purchased and any medicine delivery fees.
To access video-based consultations, you will need a minimum internet connection of 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi (25 megabits per second download) on a compatible device with video and microphone capabilities (e.g. personal computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet). Normal data download and internet usage charges apply. Check with your mobile/internet service provider for further details.

Exclusions & Limitations

You acknowledge that Health Partners provides the Offer through Doctors on Demand and that Health Partners does not itself provide any medical treatment or advice or medical consultations of any type.
In providing the Offer, Health Partners does not provide any warranty as to the quality of any medical advice provided by a Doctors on Demand doctor during a consultation or that any particular medication or treatment provided by a doctor during a consultation is safe, appropriate or effective.
If you request any services to which you are not entitled under the Offer, you will be asked to confirm and pay for the Additional Services at Doctors on Demand’s retail rates at the time of your request.
