$20 GP Telehealth video consultation with Doctors on Demand for February 2026.
The Health Partners $20 standard telehealth video consultation is provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by Doctors on Demand Pty Ltd ABN 54 163 312 570 trading as Doctors on Demand (Doctors on Demand).
Members must have an active Health Partners hospital and/or extras cover. Eligible members under 16 years old may need to have a parent or guardian present. Any applicable wait times must have been served. Discount is not in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Must present member discount code (HP20) to access the offer. Limit of one use only per Health Partners member with active cover. Valid between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 11.59pm AES. Saving of $35.00 on a normal Health Partners Doctors on Demand business hours consultation and $65.00 on a normal Health Partners Doctors on Demand after hours consultation. Service does not cover specialist appointments and does not include the cost of any medicines purchased and any medicine delivery fees. To access video-based consultations, you will need a minimum internet connection of 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi (25 megabits per second download) on a compatible device with video and microphone capabilities (e.g. personal computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet). Normal data download and internet usage charges apply. Check with your mobile/internet service provider for further details.
You acknowledge that Health Partners provides the Offer through Doctors on Demand and that Health Partners does not itself provide any medical treatment or advice or medical consultations of any type. In providing the Offer, Health Partners does not provide any warranty as to the quality of any medical advice provided by a Doctors on Demand doctor during a consultation or that any particular medication or treatment provided by a doctor during a consultation is safe, appropriate or effective. If you request any services to which you are not entitled under the Offer, you will be asked to confirm and pay for the Additional Services at Doctors on Demand’s retail rates at the time of your request. You agree to the Doctors on Demand service terms & conditions (see below). Members’ preferred language may not be available 24/7. Health Partners and Doctors on Demand may vary these terms or cancel this offer at any time at their discretion.
