We recently advised you of your new premium amount from 1 April 2022.
Due to an administrative error, some members were not advised of the change to their next scheduled direct debit within the required 14 day time frame.
In recognition of this error, the next direct debit payment for all members with a changing direct debit scheduled before April 12 will be adjusted.
This means you will receive a one-off goodwill reduction on your next debit. The reduction amount will be the difference between your old and current premiums.
The full premium payment amount will be applied ongoing after this adjusted direct debit.
What do you need to do?
You don't need to do anything - your direct debit amount scheduled before 12 April will automatically be reduced. After that it will return to your new premium amount.
