About your premium

At Health Partners, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service, and we apologise that on this occasion we haven’t delivered. We have identified that, due to an administrative error, important information relating to changes to your premium from April 1 did not go out to you within the required time frame.

What you need to know

Each year, Health Insurance funds increase premiums in line with the rising cost of health care. When we make these changes, we’re required to give you 14 days’ notice before your scheduled direct debit.

What are we doing to fix it?

In recognition of our error, we will honour your current premium amount for your next scheduled direct debit.

We’re also extending the date you can pre-pay your premium and save. You can pre-pay up to 31 July 2023 to lock in your current rate.

To take advantage of this offer simply call us by 9 April on 1300 113 113 Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 8.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am – 1.00pm.

We have attempted to contact you this week by email to let you know about this error, however the address we have on file has bounced back to us as an invalid address, or was blocked by your email security settings.

Your new premium information is online

You can view your new premium amount and other important information now by logging into Members Online and visiting your secure mail box.

You can also use Members Online or contact us to update your contact details.

If you need to reset your password, simply click “Forgotten Your Password?” and a temporary password will be emailed to you. You can change this when you log in.

If you have recently made changes to your cover they may not be reflected in your letter. Our team can answer any questions about your new cover and updated premiums.

As a not-for-profit fund, we will always keep premium increases to the absolute minimum necessary to ensure we can continue delivering you high quality cover that remains accessible and provides great value.
