These terms and conditions apply to the September 2026 Adelaide Lightning Competition (Promotion) and include instructions on how to enter and win a prize.

This Promotion is conducted by Health Partners Limited ABN 43 128 282 904 of Level 3, 101 Pirie Street Adelaide 5000 (Phone: 1300 113 113) (Promoter).

The Promotion commences at 9:00am ACST on Monday 28 September 2026 and closes at 9:00am ACST on Friday 9 October 2026.

Eligibility and entry

Entry into this Promotion is open to Australian residents who (Entrants):

• are over the age of 18 years;
• have not already entered the Promotion;
• are not employees and Board members of the Promoter, its agents and its affiliates associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families

To enter, the Entrant must:

• register their details with the Promoter via the entry page
• provide the requested details to the Promoter, including contact details, name and postcode;
• consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing the personal information collected in the entry for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.healthpartners.com...).

Prize details

The first eligible entry randomly drawn will win a prize with the following inclusions (Prize).

• 1 Adelaide Lightning Family Season Ticket in the Gold Reserved Northern Grandstand

The total value of the Prize is $888. The Prize may be subject to terms and conditions set by the supplier. In the case of a monetary prize, such as a voucher or an eGift Card, any goods or services purchased with the Prize may also be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Prize draw and collecting the Prize

1. The random electronic prize draw will take place at 10:00am ACST on Friday 9 October at 101 Pirie Street, Adelaide (Draw). The first eligible entry drawn (as determined by the Promoter acting reasonably) will be awarded the Prize (Winner).
2. At the time of the Draw, a further 5 eligible entries will be drawn to be reserve winners if the Prize is not claimed in accordance with these terms (Reserve Winners).
3. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner using the contact details provided on the entry page to confirm their preferred email address to be sent the Prize after the completion of the Draw. The Promoter will also publish the name (being the initial of their first name and last name) and postcode of the Winner, using the details specified in the 'Eligibility and entry' section, on https://www.healthpartners.com.au/promotion/adelaide-lightning-family-pass OR https://www.healthpartners.com.au/competition-winners as soon as practicable following the Draw.
4. In the case of a Prize which can be delivered electronically, such as an eGift Card, the Prize will be sent by the Promoter to the Winner's nominated email address or mobile phone number as soon as practicable following the Draw. The Promoter will consider that the Prize has been successfully delivered unless the Promoter receives a delivery failure message from the Winner's email that the Prize has not been delivered.
   
5. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver electronically delivered prizes caused by the Winner, including as a result of the Winner's spam filters or email settings.
6. The Promoter will contact the Winner regarding delivery/collection of the Prize if the Prize cannot be electronically delivered or if there is a delivery failure for an electronically delivered Prize. The Winner must claim and collect their prize within 2 calendar days.
7. If the Prize is not claimed by that time:
8. the Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter will award the Prize instead to the Reserve Winner to have been next drawn;
9. The process set out in clauses 3-6 shall be applied again, and so on until the Prize has been claimed.
   
   

General

1. Information on how to enter and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Promotion form part of these terms.
2. The Promoter may use any personal information that an Entrant has provided for the purpose of running the Promotion. The Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a Winner, publish or cause to be published the Winner's name (being the initial of their first name and last name) and postcode in any media, as required under the applicable State or Territory legislation.
3. The Promoter is not required to accept any entry not complying with these terms, including any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or entries which are not received by the Promoter's systems. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute all or part of this Promotion with another offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or any element of the Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
   
5. The Prize (including any substitute) must be taken as offered. The Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize must not be used for payment of Health Partners private health insurance premiums and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize is valued in Australian dollars. For non-monetary Prizes, the value is the recommended retail price (excluding any discounts) as notified to the Promoter by the provider of the good or service and is correct at time the Promotion commences. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. There may be tax implications for the Winner by accepting the Prize and the Winner should seek independent tax and financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize.
6. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that redemption of this Prize does not create a relationship between the Winner and the Promoter of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture.
7. The Promoter’s decision (acting reasonably) in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants that the Promoter knows or reasonably suspects has provided false information, breached these terms, tampered with any entry process or has otherwise engaged in any activity which is unlawful or improper in connection with this Promotion.
8. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (except to the extent the liability was caused by or contributed to by the Promoter's breach of these terms) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the Prize; and/or (g) participation in the Promotion.
   
10. Eligible winners who meet the entry requirements will be entitled to receive the Prize, unless they notify the Promoter that they do not wish to participate in the Promotion.
11. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this Promotion, Entrants agree to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to the Promoter.
    
12. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned or interfered with in any way due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Territory legislation), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
    
13. The Promoter collects your personal information so that it may process your entry, administer this Promotion and contact you regarding information on products or services that may be of interest to you. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at www.healthpartners.com.au. The Privacy Policy also contains information on how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their information, and how individuals may make complaints on the treatment of their information and how those complaints are dealt with.
    
14. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.
    
15. If the Prize is a monetary prize (such as an eGift Card or voucher), any dispute about goods or services purchased with the Prize must be resolved with the supplier/retailer.
16. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
