These terms and conditions apply to the August 2025 Crows Competition (Promotion) and include instructions on how to enter and win a prize.
This Promotion is conducted by Health Partners Limited ABN 43 128 282 904 of Level 3, 101 Pirie Street Adelaide 5000 (Phone: 1300 113 113) (Promotor).
The Promotion commences at 9:00am (ACST) on 28/7/25 and closes at 5pm (ACST) on 7/8/25.
Eligibility and entry
Entry into this Promotion is open to Australian residents who (Entrants):
- are over the age of 18 years;
- are a current member of the Promotor;
- have not already entered the Promotion;
- are not employees and Board members of the Promoter, its agents and its affiliates associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families
To enter, the Entrant must:
- register their details with the Promoter via the entry page
- provide the requested details to the Promotor, including name, postcode and contact details; and
- consent to the Promotor collecting, using and disclosing the personal information collected in the entry for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promotor's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.healthpartners.com.au/privacy-policy).
Prize details
The first eligible entry randomly drawn will win a prize including the following inclusions (Prize):
- Two tickets into the ‘Premiership Suite’ to watch Round 23, Crows v Collingwood - Saturday 16 August at the Adelaide Oval (War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide), with kick off from 7:05pm.
- Three-course fine dining experience with paired wines within the Premiership Suite at Adelaide Oval.
- Access to a private bar and barista, with a premium five-hour beverage package including spirits, within the Premiership Suite at Adelaide Oval.
- Theatre-style reserved seating in the comfort of the Premiership Suite
- One night’s accommodation for two in the Allure River View Room at Eos by SkyCity hotel (Festival Drive, Adelaide) to be used on the night of Round 23 – Saturday 16 August 2025.
- 2 x 60-minute Wellness Massages at the Eos Spa + Wellness, to be used at the stay, or the winner will receive a voucher from Eos Spa + Wellness to be redeemed at a later time.
- Breakfast for two at iTL restaurant, valet parking, and complimentary access to the Leisure Deck including heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
The total value of the Prize is $2,990. The Prize may be subject to terms and conditions set by the supplier. In the case of a monetary prize, such as a voucher or an eGift Card, any goods or services purchased with the Prize may also be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Prize draw and collecting the Prize
- The random electronic prize draw will take place at 10am (ACST) on Friday 8 August 2025 at 101 Pirie Street Adelaide (Draw). The first eligible entry drawn (as determined by the Promotor acting reasonably) will be awarded the Prizes (Winner).
- The Promotor will attempt to contact the Winner through the email address and phone number provided on the entry page to confirm their preferred email address to be sent the tickets and voucher digitally immediately after the completion of the Draw, and no later than 12pm on Friday 8 August 2025.
- In the case of a Prize which can be delivered electronically, such as an eGift Card, the Prize will be sent by the Promoter to the Winner's nominated email address or mobile phone number within 1 calendar day of the Winner confirming their preferred email address or mobile phone number to the Promotor. The Promotor will consider that the Prize has been successfully delivered unless the Promotor receives a delivery failure message from the Winner's email or mobile phone number that the Prize has not been delivered.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver electronically delivered prizes caused by the Winner, including as a result of the Winner's spam filters or email settings.
- The Promotor will contact the Winner regarding delivery/collection of the Prize if the Prize cannot be electronically delivered or if there is a delivery failure for an electronically delivered Prize. The Winner must confirm delivery details by telephone call or by return email within 2 calendar days. Failure of the Winner to confirm the delivery details and receipt of the Prize will result in the Winner forfeiting the Prize.
General
- Information on how to enter and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Promotion form part of these terms.
- The Promoter may use any personal information that an Entrant has provided for the purpose of running the Promotion. The Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a Winner, publish or cause to be published the Winner's name (being the initial of their first name and last name) and postcode in any media, as required under the applicable State or Territory legislation.
- The Promoter is not required to accept any entry not complying with these terms, including any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or entries which are not received by the Promotor's systems. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute all or part of this Promotion with another offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or any element of the Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
- The Prize (including any substitute) must be taken as offered. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize must not be used for payment of Health Partners private health insurance premiums and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize is valued in Australian dollars. For non-monetary Prizes, the value is the recommended retail price (excluding any discounts) as notified to the Promotor by the provider of the good or service and is correct at time the Promotion commences. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. There may be tax implications for the Winner by accepting the Prize and the Winner should seek independent tax and financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize.
- The Winner acknowledges and agrees that redemption of this Prize does not create a relationship between the Winner and the Promoter of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture.
- The Promoter’s decision (acting reasonably) in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants that the Promotor knows or reasonably suspects has provided false information, breached these terms, tampered with any entry process or has otherwise engaged in any activity which is unlawful or improper in connection with this Promotion.
- Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (except to the extent the liability was caused by or contributed to by the Promotor's breach of these terms) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the Prize; and/or (g) participation in the Promotion.
- Eligible winners who meet the entry requirements will be entitled to receive the Prize, unless they notify the Promoter that they do not wish to participate in the Promotion.
- Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this Promotion, Entrants agree to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to the Promoter.
- If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- The Promoter collects your personal information so that it may process your entry, administer this Promotion and contact you regarding information on products or services that may be of interest to you. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Promotor's Privacy Policy, available at www.healthpartners.com.au. The Privacy Policy also contains information on how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their information, and how individuals may make complaints on the treatment of their information and how those complaints are dealt with.
- These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.
- If the Prize is a monetary prize (such as an eGift Card or voucher), any dispute about goods or services purchased with the Prize must be resolved with the supplier/retailer.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

- SkyCity Adelaide (Eos by SkyCity Hotel) General Terms & Conditions are:
- SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd (SkyCity Adelaide) accommodation Gift Vouchers purchased for Eos by SkyCity can only be redeemed during your stay and must be redeemed in full in one transaction.
- A credit card and contactless payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply when purchasing a SkyCity Adelaide Gift Voucher.
- Eos by SkyCity Gift Vouchers can only be used to make purchases for accommodation and participating SkyCity restaurants and bars (when charged back to your room or suite).
- 2. Each Gift Voucher:
- 2.1. expires 3 years from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance on that Gift Voucher will be forfeited.
- 2.2. cannot be used for the purposes of gaming;
- 2.3. is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional funds;
- 2.4. can only be redeemed by citing the Gift Voucher reference number when booking and presenting the Gift Voucher upon arrival;
- 2.5. cannot be used with pre-paid reservations or any other offer, promotion, or rate published outside Eos by SkyCity channels.
- 3. SkyCity Adelaide is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers and reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Voucher where it reasonably suspects that the Gift Voucher (or any amount on it) may have been stolen or otherwise illegally obtained.
- 4. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher or its gift card program for any reason without notice. In such case, the balance available on any valid and unexpired Gift Voucher will be refunded to the holder upon presentation.
- 5. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
- 6. SkyCity Adelaide will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher or any unforeseen card or system failure.
- 7. Bookings are subject to availability.
- 8. The purchase or use of a Gift Voucher implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
SkyCity Adelaide Specific conditions are:
The voucher must be redeemed on the designated game night, for which a room booking has been made. All inclusions must be used in full during the stay, with no partial redemptions permitted. The two Wellness massages should be booked in advance and, if possible, arranged to occur simultaneously in a double treatment room; otherwise, they will be provided as separate appointments. If there is not enough time during the stay to receive the massage treatments, a gift voucher will be issued for use at a future date.
