At Health Partners Dental we confirm all scheduled appointments two days prior via SMS or a phone call, however you are responsible for your own appointments. Please let us know if you change your phone number as this will help us when we are trying to confirm your appointments. We also welcome an email address to use if we are unable to
contact you by phone.
We understand that circumstances do arise and appointments need to be rescheduled, however we request 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or charges may apply. Due to the high demand on appointment times, failing to attend an appointment without prior notice may also incur a charge.
Occasionally Dentists are unavailable and we will need to reschedule you appointment. If this is the case we will endeavour to provide you with us much notice as possible.
Please try and be on time for your appointment – it helps us to stay on time for you and other patients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule.
Keeping in touch
At Health Partners Dental we recognise the importance of regular dental care. Once you have completed a course of care we will place you on our recall reminder system with your preferred dentist. Your dentist will request a reminder period based on your own personal dental needs.
When you receive your reminder card please contact us to schedule a suitable appointment time for you.
In the case of an emergency please contact us during our business hours 8am to 8pm. We will do our very best to assist you and provide you with a suitable appointment time.
