How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment at any of our centres by calling 1300 114 114 between 8.00am and 8.00pm or by requesting one online. Please have your member number handy when you call.

How often should I visit the dentist?

Generally, an appointment is recommended every 6 to 12 months. Your dentist will let you know when you should come back, and we can send you a reminder around this time so you can book your next appointment.

Why do I need a consultation before undergoing certain dental treatment?

Some types of dental treatment, such as dentures, extractions, crowns and dental implants, require detailed information before treatment can begin. A treatment plan and quotation can also be provided during a consultation.

How much will my appointment cost?

The cost of your treatment depends on the services you need. Depending on your level of cover and available benefits, you can receive up to 100% back.

Do you provide orthodontic treatments?

Orthodontic treatment is provided through a registered specialist orthodontist. If this treatment is required, your dentist will refer you to one. Once you have obtained a quote for treatment please contact Member Services on 1300 113 113 to determine your benefits.
