As well as very good dental care, here’s what you can expect when you visit any one of our 3 centres:

  • We’ll explain your proposed treatment in easy-to-understand terms and answer any questions you may have about your dental care, including any possible adverse effects.
  • Our reception staff can prepare a quote for the proposed treatment. This quote will be based on your particular level of Extras cover and available benefits.
  • We’ll refer you to a specialist practitioner if you need one, or for a second opinion if you’d like one. If you see a specialist or external dentist you’ll need to get a quote directly from them.
  • We will do our best to confirm your appointments with us by contacting you via phone or SMS before the day – however we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to reach you.
  • All your details will be kept confidential in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
  • On-the-spot claiming which means no paperwork for you to fill out.
  • An internationally recognised Infection Control Policy to ensure your safety at all times.
  • If you need copies of your records we will provide them – please give us a few days notice so we have time to copy your x-rays.
  • We will review and action any complaint that you may have.

Help us give you the best service

  • Please let us know if you change your details (ie address or phone number).
  • Please be on time for your appointments – it helps us stay on time for you.
  • If you must cancel, please give us plenty of notice – 24 hours or more gives us the opportunity to schedule an appointment for someone else.
  • Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we may not be able to treat you on that day.
  • Please let the dentist know about your previous dental history.
  • Please let the dentist know about any health or medical problems you may have.
  • If you have any questions at all about your treatment, please ask the dentist – we want you to understand the treatment that is being proposed, before you go ahead.
  • If you have young children being treated, please arrange to attend their appointment.
  • Please pay your gap payments on the day of treatment.
