Bring a friend and enjoy a 2 hour session hosted by SA’s favourite, Lauren De Cesare from Adelady, with expert guest speakers, Chloe McLeod, Dietitian, and Angelique Foran, Clinical Psychologist, who will help us cut through the confusion, and breakdown common nutrition and mental health myths. Clinical Psychology, Supported Minds
Angelique is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience and is well known for private psychology practice. Angelique offers support in a broad range of clinical psychology consultations with children, adolescents and adults. Angelique has presented to many audiences on a variety of topics including emotional regulation, anxiety disorders, use of apps in therapy and more.

Lauren De Cesare
Lauren De Cesare is a South Australian media personality, creative, and entrepreneur best known as the co-creator and presenter of Adelady and Channel Nine's hello SA, and is the co-founder of Hay Lozzie Media.
Lauren is passionate about shining a spotlight on local businesses and inspiring South Australians to explore and celebrate everything our state has to offer. She’s also committed to giving back to the community, proudly supporting The Hospital Research Foundation Group.

The Campbelltown Function Centre is a modern venue located in the heart of Campbelltown, offering a versatile space ideal for community events, meetings, and private functions.
The Function Centre meets all disability access standards, including lift access and accessible toilets.
On-site and surrounding street parking is available. Please note, some areas have time limits, additional unrestricted parking can be found nearby.
