Yes. You’re covered for all COVID-19 related claims on all Health Partners Hospital cover irrespective of the terms of that policy, at no extra cost.
This includes lung and chest, kidney and bladder, and dialysis for chronic kidney failure, if you’re admitted to hospital and the conditions are linked to COVID-19.

A 12-month waiting period applies for pre-existing conditions for new Health Partners’ hospital policies, and upgrades to existing policies. The waiting period will apply if you have symptoms of COVID-19 before you take out or upgrade your policy, and you will not be able to claim for treatment.
If you already have a Hospital policy with Health Partners and have served your waiting periods, there are no extra waiting periods for claims relating to hospitalisation for COVID-19 treatment.

Yes. Telehealth appointments for physiotherapy, psychology, speech therapy, dietetics and exercise physiology via telehealth are covered with eligible extras, until further notice.
