COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
From Health Partners

Effective from 15 January 2021

Changes when attending Health Partners Dental practices and Optical stores, including appointments.

Under the current SA Government Directive, health care providers may implement their own restrictions before entry. We continue to welcome everyone for everyday dental and eye care by appointment only.

Health Partners Optical:

We encourage you to wear a face mask to your appointment at our Optical centres.

We can supply a mask if you don’t have one.

Health Partners Dental:

Please wear a face mask to your appointment at our Dental practices.

For everyone’s health and safety and due to the current NSW, QLD and VIC COVID-19 community outbreaks, we continue to require anyone entering a Health Partners Dental centre wear either a cloth or single-use disposable mask while in our practices for the safety of themselves and others.

  • The face mask can be a single use disposable mask or a cloth mask. Rest assured we have masks available if you don’t have one.
  • There are a few exceptions to this requirement; such as, certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, disability, communication with deaf or hard of hearing community members, and children under the age of 12.

Use the mySA GOV app on your smart phone to ‘check-in’ at Health Partners Dental or Optical centres.

In keeping with the SA Government COVID Safe Plan for healthcare businesses since December 2020, when visiting Health Partners Dental or Optical centres, you will need to use the mySA GOV app to check-in.

  • Download the mySA GOV app (you do not need to sign up to use the ‘check-in’ feature)
  • Select the COVID Safe Check-in tile when you arrive at our practice
  • We will have a unique QR code at the practice for you to scan.
  • Follow the prompts on the app to scan our unique QR code and check-in.

If you don’t have a smart phone, a paper record will be available for you to provide your contact details.

If you choose not to provide your details, nor wear a mask where you can, you will be required to reschedule your dental or optical appointment and you may be refused entry to the optical store.

Rest assured, we continue to use strict infection control protocols and are adhering to appropriate social distancing measures.

If you have any questions we’re here to help. Please let our friendly team know at the time of making your appointment or when you come to see us in store.

We thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience during this time.
