We’re excited to invite you to be one of our exclusive members to trial our new Benefits Limits feature in a pre-release version of our app.

We’d love to know what you think of it, so follow the steps below to try the new function. Then, make sure to get in touch and let us know what you liked and where we can improve.

Step 1: Download the new version of our app

We’ve made it easy! Simply download a pre-release version of the app*:

Using an iPhone?

  1. Tap the TestFlight link or scan the QR code below with your phone. 
    Install the TestFlight app, then follow the steps to install the Health Partners app.

  2. You don’t need a redeem code — just tap the TestFlight link again (or scan the QR code) to install.
  3. If you already have the app installed, this beta version (5.1) will replace it. You can still make claims and update your membership details as usual.

Using an Android phone?

  1. Tap the Google Play link or scan the QR code below with your phone.
    On the Google Play page, scroll down to the Join the beta section and tap Join. Then follow the steps to install the Health Partners app.

  2. You may need to wait a few minutes for the beta option to appear. If you don’t see it, try clearing the cache for the Google Play Store app in your phone settings, then check again.
  3. If you already have the app installed, this beta version (5.1) will replace it. You can still make claims and update your membership details as usual.

Step 2: Explore the new feature

  1. Explore the new Benefit Limits feature. You’ll be able to see your benefits and what limits you have used and remaining. 
  2. Share your thoughts via the in-app feedback form. We're interested in what works well (or doesn't!) and if you encounter any bugs or issues.

Our Member Care team isn’t set up to help with app trial questions, so please don’t call them about this version.
