You can find basic information on all Health Partners products in the website for purpose of comparison only.
To find the Standard Information Statement (SIS) relevant to the cover you are on, click here, and take the following steps:
1. Click on 'Search for Products'
2. Then choose 'by Insurer' and select Health Partners from the list
3. From here scroll to the bottom of the page and select your appropriate cover types via the drop down boxes provided
