The office of the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman has produced the following website privatehealth.gov.au to enable consumers to search for, and compare, selected features for all private health insurance products offered in Australia. You can find basic information on all Health Partners products in the website for the purpose of comparison only.
To find the Standard Information Statement (SIS) relevant to the cover you are on, click here, and take the following steps:
1. Click on 'Health Funds' in the top menu
2. Select Health Partners from the list
3. From here scroll to the bottom of the page and select your appropriate cover types via the drop-down boxes provided
Note: if you have Hospital and Extras you'll need to search for these products separately.
