The Federal Government 30% Rebate on private health insurance is available on all health cover contributions to every Australian entitled to Medicare. This includes both Hospital and Extras. Members under the age of 65 receive a 30% rebate.
Higher Rebates for Over 65s
Members aged 65–69 received a 35% rebate increasing to 40% for members aged 70 and over. You can get a quote, or contact us on 1300 113 113 for a listing of these contributions.
You can automatically receive the rebate through reduced contributions by completing section 6 on the Health Partners Membership Application form. Alternatively, you can receive the rebate when you lodge your tax return or as a cash payment at any Medicare office.
To reduce your contributions just complete the registration on the membership application form.
