Our most affordable Extras cover, Bronze, covers you for the most popular services at very reasonable rates. To receive the highest benefits, simply choose the Health Partners professional who suits you. If you prefer, you can use your own health care professional.

All benefits and rates listed are effective 1 April 2008.

Prior to 1 April 2008, Bronze Extras was known as Larry Extras.

Dental

Health Partners Dental

At Health Partners Dental you receive:

• 60% benefit or discount for general dental services.

Other Dental

A schedule of benefits apply for general dental services provided by dentists other than Health Partners professionals. Please call our Member Services for a quote.

Dental Limits

 Total combined Dental limit is $500.

Optical

Health Partners Optical

At Health Partners Optical you receive:

• 60% benefit or discount for prescription glasses and contact lenses
• Save 30% on all sunglasses.

Other Optical

At Other Optical you receive:

40% benefit for prescription glasses and contact lenses provided by optometrists other than Health Partners professionals.

Optical Limits

Benefits claimed at Health Partners Optical will count towards Other Optical limits.

Pharmacy

Health Partners Pharmacy

Exclusive pharmacy benefits are available at over 40 Health Partners participating pharmacies.

You pay only $15.65 or $31.30 for an extensive range of prescriptions - limit $200. Your payments are indexed to the Federal Government PBS and reviewed each year. Prices effective 1 Januray 2008.

Special Member offer:

• You receive a 20% saving on non-prescription items such as vitamins, cosmetics, gifts, toiletries and more - no limit

Physiotherapy

Health Partners Physiotherapy

Exclusive physiotherapy benefits are available for services conducted at any Health Partners participating physiotherapy practice.

You pay only:

• $15 initial and subsequent consultations
• $25 long consultation
• $30 Lymphoedema treatment
• $25 Home or hospital visit
• $5 Hydrotherapy
• Limit $350.

Other Physiotherapy

The following benefits are available for services provided by Physiotherapists other than Health Partners participating professionals.

• $18 initial consultation
• $15 subsequent consultation
• $19 long consultation
• $25 prolonged consultation
• $18.50 lymphoedema treatment
• $4.50 hydrotherapy
• $16 home or hospital visit
• $8.00 group treatment
• Limit $250.

Total combined Physiotherapy limit is $350.

Full Ambulance Cover

As a Health Partners Extras member you receive full ambulance cover including:

• All emergency and non-emergency services
• Australia-wide coverage
• Road and air ambulance services
• Every service required on medical grounds (excludes clinic-car type transport)
• Limit $20,000
