Suspend your cover
You can save even more by suspending your private health cover while you are overseas (Please note: The 1% Medicare Levy Surcharge may apply for the period that your hospital cover is suspended). To suspend your cover for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of two years, download a Suspension of Cover form.
