All members covered with Health Partners during the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012 will receive a Tax Statement by 16 July. This statement will assist you to prepare your tax return. Any member who signs up before 30 June 2012 for e-statements will receive this statement electronically, instead of by post.

From 16 July you can access and download your statement from Members Online. Plus, if you’d like to receive further communications electronically, instead of by post, sign up for e-statements today!
If you are the main member of your membership and have not yet registered with Members Online, simply return to the homepage and click on ‘Register’ (you will need your membership number to activate your account).
Once registered you will be able to do things such as update your contact details, generate a Claims History Statement, view and reprint past statements as well as sign up for e-statements.
2012/2013 Tax Statement
The following information is required for tax purposes if you have a couple or family policy. Next year, we will be required to issue both adults covered on your policy with a tax statement. If the other adult on your membership (who will require a tax statement for 2012/2013) does not reside at your address you will need to provide us with their alternate postal address. This way, we can ensure that we send a copy of their 2012/2013 Tax Statement directly to them. Simply contact us on 1300 113 113 for more information.
