All members covered with Health Partners during the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 will receive a Tax Statement by 15 July. This statement will assist you to prepare your tax return. Any member who signed up before 30 June 2011 for e-statements will receive this statement electronically, instead of by post.

From 15 July you can access and download your statement from Members Online. Plus, if you’d like to receive further communications electronically, instead of by post, sign up for e-statements today!
If you are the main member of your membership and have not yet registered with Members Online, simply return to the homepage and click on ‘Register’ (you will need your membership number to activate your account).
Once registered you will be able to do things such as update your contact details, generate a Claims History Statement, view and reprint past statements as well as sign up for e-statements. |
